Mosquito Mat Automatic Liquid Dosing and Alumnium Wrapping Machine
The 6-Track automatic mosquito mat making and packaging machine includes a complete production line from chemical dozing to strip packaging the mats and cutting the mat strips.
Features about the automatic mosquito mat packaging machine:
(1)The way of pynamin forte injection is mechanical way. The precision is high which deviation could be controlled within±5mg. Six pumps separately adjust the dose(30mg-300mg). The pumps adopt the metal material, of stable performance and long life
(2)The qualification rates of the the products are high, can be controlled above 99%.
(3)The cut model is advanced and scientific, adopts the rotary end cutting with long life ,low noise and pinpoint accuracy instead of the traditional pressing cutting way, the knife will self-sharpen during cutting.
(4)With high producing efficiency, could work stably at 480~630 tablets/minute.
(5)The design of the circuit is easy to maintain.
(6)The shapes of end cutting are adopted electromagnetic clutch and could separate 1 to 100 rows randomly. You could have different choices according to the products to meet varies requirements.
The basic process about the automatic mosquito mat packaging machine:
1.The blank mats are stacked vertically by hand and automatically feed blank mats to the following section.
2.The blank mat is injected with a fixed amount of pynamin forte.
3.The impregnated mats are automaticlly wrapped by laminated film .
4. Lengthways cutting the laminated film and athwartships cutting the seal.
5.The laminated film is cut into 3 6,9,10,12,15,18 etc pieces of mats(adjustable according to the requirement of the customer)
6. The detector function automatically stops the machine if a mat is wrapped without being injected, or it is not wrapped (selective).
