Centrifugal ammonia pump fills the gap in the domestic petrochemical industry ammonia pump and ammonium fork pump without domestic history

After 10 months of preliminary preparation and stand-alone trial operation, on June 15th, centrifugal ammonia pumps and ammonium formate pumps co-developed by Ryukyu Engineering Co., Ltd., Ningxia Petrochemical Company and manufacturers were formally put into use, and merged into Ningxia Petrochemical Company's second fertilizer. The device production system realizes a successful investment and fills the blank of the domestically-made ammonia pump and ammonium forma pump in the domestic petrochemical industry.

The HTDB100-80-10Sg centrifugal ammonia pump and the SD7100-120-0000 centrifugal ammonium fork pump were successfully integrated into the system for the first time. The technical specifications met the production requirements and not only solved the operating efficiency of the existing equipment plunger pump. The problem is low, and it fills the blank of domestic ammonia pump and ammonium fork pump in the domestic petrochemical industry, and provides experience for accelerating the localization of key equipment.
